We own the internal platforms every employee uses and our collaboration tooling, and we embed engineers directly with Legal, Security, Communications, Product Operations and other business functions to rebuild how their work gets done with Claude at the center. Our mandate is to make Anthropic the best-run company in the world at using its own models internally, and to be the example our customers point to.</p> <p>We are hiring an engineering leader to run this org. You will lead a growing engineering organization across two tracks:&nbsp;<strong>Platforms</strong>, which builds and operates the shared systems the company depends on, and <strong>Forward Deployed</strong>, which drops into a business function, proves Claude wins on a real workflow, hands off, and moves on.
