Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.</p></div><p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>Anthropic’s APAC go-to-market organisation is the fastest-growing part of our international business, spanning markets with distinct languages, cultures and buying styles. Today, enablement for the region is delivered by our global and EMEA teams. As we scale in APAC, we are establishing an initial in-region enablement presence, based in Sydney and supporting the field across the region.</p> <p>As Enablement Lead, you will be hands-on in getting the APAC field ready: onboarding, ongoing skill development, manager coaching support and launch readiness, across GTM functions, not just sales. You will spend most of your time in the room, running sessions, building programmes and working directly with sellers and managers, in the time zones and languages where customer conversations happen.</p> <p>This is a build role with a global spine. You inherit a working global and international enablement engine. Your job is to adapt it for APAC, deliver it across the region, and feed what you learn back into the international and global programme.</p> <p>How we work: adults learn by doing, so we build sessions around live activity: practice, reflection, real customer scenarios. The measure is not what was covered in the room. It is what changes a week later in how people think, decide and sell.</p> <p>This takes creativity and a solid understanding of how adults learn, applied at speed. The frontier moves quickly and the field is scaling fast. Much of the work is unlearning: helping experienced sellers let go of pre-AI habits, not just teachin
