Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.</p></div><h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Anthropic, you'll be the go-to on: owning end-to-end coordination, serving as the subject matter expert on pipeline health and capacity, and supervising the scheduling automation, including deciding when a candidate needs a human instead of the automated path. Beyond scheduling, you'll partner directly with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to drive process improvements, own the escalation path, and ensure seamless coverage across your pod. You'll lead coordination projects as needed from problem to adopted solution, and help define what this role becomes as tooling evolves.&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Automation Supervision:</strong> Run the scheduling tools for your pod. Set them up, check their output before candidates see it, and decide when a loop needs a human touch instead of the automated path. Every intervention is a judgment call you own.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Pipeline &amp; Capacity:</strong> Serve as the subject matter expert on your pod's pipeline.
