You'll partner closely with internal users to understand needs and set direction for efficient solutions, often augmenting the tools with Claude for a greater experience and impact. On the Business Technology team, we are passionate about delighting and enabling our users through thoughtful and easy-to-use everyday solutions.&nbsp;At Anthropic, we're building towards an ambitious mission of ensuring AI systems are safe and beneficial to humanity. Our team plays a crucial role in this mission by enabling our teams to work efficiently and securely at scale.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and grow a team of engineers building full-stack internal tools for business-critical use cases</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with different teams to deeply understand their workflows and identify opportunities for improved productivity through engineering</p> </li> <li> <p>Set technical direction and prioritize roadmap initiatives that drive the most impact for internal users</p> </li> <li> <p>Foster a culture of rapid iteration, user feedback, and continuous improvement within the team</p> </li> <li> <p>Champion best practices in API design, security, and user experience across the team</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor system reliability, build for operational excellence, and own incident response processes</p
