Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.</p></div><h2>About the role</h2> <p>We're looking for a Manager, APAC Recruiting to lead all hiring across the region as Anthropic builds out its presence across Asia Pacific. This is a senior leadership role that requires exceptional stakeholder partnership, operational rigor, and the ability to serve as connective tissue between a fast-moving regional business and a global recruiting org.</p> <p>You'll partner directly with our Head of International Sales and the APAC-based leadership team. These partnerships require a highly consultative approach: deep fluency in the Asia Pacific talent landscape, the EQ to translate between regional reality and global expectations, and the executive presence to be in the room when headcount decisions get made, not after.</p> <p>You'll build and lead a team of recruiters across the region, setting the standard for what high-touch, high-judgment recruiting looks like. The impact of this role extends beyond your own team.
