This role will be a critical member of the People Partner team, working on key HR projects in alignment with our partners across Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and others while providing excellent coaching and strategic support to senior leaders and managers across Research functions who are deeply engaged with creating safe AGI that benefits humanity. You will help build out HR policies and strategies that meet your client’s unique needs, and act as a trusted leader and guide on a wide range of employee-related topics.</p> <h2><strong>Key responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders in Research&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide support to employees and managers on all human resource-related topics throughout their lifecycle at Anthropic in partnership with other People team experts (e.g. Benefits, Compensation, etc.)</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with management to create a culture of high performance based on our values and team culture while helping ensure that performance management and employee relations issues are managed appropriately</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as a partner and liaison with specialist teams (e.g. Benefits, Compensation, etc.), leadership, and finance, to help Anthropic continue to implement top-tier, scalable programs and policies to attract and retain and grow outstanding talent
