The Data Center Portfolio &amp; Planning team owns the integrated view of that supply: compute allocation, decision locks, forecasting, and the frameworks that underpin all of it.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We’re looking for a Data Center Portfolio Lead to manage the portfolio itself — the sites, the partners behind them, and the decisions each site has to clear on its way to operational readiness. You will be the source of truth on where every site stands, and the person who defines how each one moves from negotiation to deployment. You will build the stage gates, cadence, and tooling that establishes a true program rather than case-by-case execution. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with our site selection, energy, supply chain, engineering, and delivery teams, as well as external partners.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage the portfolio overall: each site’s status, milestones, decisions taken, open items, and risks</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the portfolio reviews that ground our teams on the current state of supply, decisions needed, and downstream impacts</p> </li> <li> <p>Architect and run the stage-gate framework — the criteria, approvals, and owners at each gate — that standardizes how a site moves from negotiation through lease execution, design and chip lock, construction, and handoff to operations</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with the p
