Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.</p> <h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>You'll own strategic silicon sourcing for Anthropic's global data center footprint, working across the components that determine what our infrastructure can do and when it can do it: CPUs, memory (DRAM and HBM), and the other semiconductors that sit at the heart of every platform we deploy. You'll be the commercial owner who makes sure the right silicon is allocated, committed, and landed at the right site at the right time, on terms that hold up across programs and across market cycles.</p> <p>You'll work day-to-day with Anthropic engineering, our data center operator partners, silicon vendors, OEMs, ODMs, and integrators. You'll be the bridge between platform roadmaps and the supply base, securing allocation on constrained parts, negotiating long-term supply and capacity agreements, managing vendor performance, and optimizing for lead time, cost, and on-time delivery against an aggressive deployment roadmap. You'll build a deep view of the silicon market, including packaging capacity, memory pricing cycles, and vendor roadmaps, and turn it into sourcing strategies that protect Anthropic's supply and its cost structure.</p> <p>In any given week you might be locki
