This role will transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator, building and executing the operational leverage that enables Anthropic to maintain velocity as we scale. You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing processes that support rapid product growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, someone who can both envision where we need to be in 12 months and build the infrastructure to get us there.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Play a central role on the team that runs Anthropic's programs for Commercial Launches — helping evolve an established launch motion into a scalable, well-instrumented program that keeps pace with an accelerating product roadmap</li> <li>Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process: lead intake and scoping for your portfolio of launches, translate each into its commercial-readiness requirements (pricing,, billing,, tax, marketplace, compliance and selling motions), and collaborate with product teams to develop paths to launch&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify where launches slow down today and drive resolution to prevent them from recurring: propose and implement process and system changes, clarify ownership drive completion across partner teams like, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Build specific program components that don't exist yet — launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, te
