Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.</p></div><h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>Anthropic's Investor Relations team manages our relationships with shareholders, prospective investors, and the broader financial community, and helps educate investors on Anthropic's mission, strategy, and financial performance. As the Operations Lead for the team, you'll own the administrative and operational backbone that keeps IR running smoothly, from coordinating investor meetings and preparing the team for them to managing the vendors and logistics behind high-profile events and visits.&nbsp;</p> <p>You'll work directly with the Head of Investor Relations and the IR team, and cross-functionally with Finance leadership, Finance &amp; Strategy, Capital Markets, Accounting, Corporate Legal, Communications, and Workplace, to make sure every investor touchpoint reflects well on Anthropic. Because the function is still being built, you will often be creating the process rather than following one. This role suits someone who is highly proactive, thrives on structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys being the person who makes complex logistics look effortless.</p> <h2><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Schedule and coordinate investor calls, meetings, and briefings, managing calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and helping the team prioritize when investor demand exceeds our capacity</li> <li>Partner with internal teams and on-site staff to plan and execute investor events, visits, and other in-person engagements</li> <li>Prepare the team and executives for investor conversation
