Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

About the role

We prefer candidates who bring familiarity and hands-on experience with complex M&A and infrastructure transactions on top of the core provision and compliance skill set: someone who can own the tax purchase price allocation workpapers, write the technical memo on a novel financing or lease structure, and then carry that answer correctly through the ASC 740 close and into the compliance workstream.
