This is a foundational role on a quickly growing Treasury team. As we experience exponential growth, you will be instrumental in ensuring optimal capital allocation, protecting our financial assets, and establishing the policies and infrastructure needed to support our expanding global operations.</p> <p>The work spans strategy and execution: owning the capital planning framework and investment policy, standing up in-house trading infrastructure, and overseeing external managers. Reporting to the Head of Investments &amp; Markets, you will partner closely with teams across Finance, Legal, and Accounting to achieve these objectives.</p> <p>You will build AI-native investment workflows: apply AI tools to portfolio analytics, manager and counterparty monitoring, IPS compliance, interest income forecasting, and executive reporting, partnering with Finance, Engineering, Data, and FinSys, with controls, documentation, and auditability built in.</p> <h2>Key responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Own and optimize Anthropic's external investment program, including money market funds, bank deposits,and separately managed accounts</li> <li>Monitor external manager performance and maintain a manager bench with clear performance reporting</li> <li>Design and build an in-house investment program, including direct fixed income trading capability, trade infrastructure, and custodian connectivity</li> <li>Develop and operationalize a capital planning framework across operating and s
