You'll focus on security, compliance, administration, and governance features that enterprise customers require to adopt AI at scale. This role requires strong technical judgment, deep understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant product experiences.</p> <p>You'll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and security teams to build the foundational enterprise capabilities that unlock Claude's adoption across regulated industries and security-conscious organizations.</p> <h2 class="heading"><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></h2> <p><strong>Security &amp; Compliance Product Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the roadmap for enterprise security features including audit logging, data retention policies, and access controls</li> <li>Drive compliance certifications and feature development (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR) in partnership with security and legal teams</li> <li>Develop and maintain enterprise admin experiences including user management, workspace controls, and policy enforcement</li> <li>Build features that give IT and security teams visibility and control over Claude usage within their organizations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Enterprise Platform Capabilities</
