Our Global Partnerships organization builds the relationships with cloud service providers, systems integrators, technology partners, resellers, and strategic customers that bring Claude to hundreds of millions of people at global scale.</p> <p>As Chief of Staff to Steve Corfield, Global Head of Partnerships, you'll be his thought partner — extending his reach, amplifying his impact, and making sure his time goes to the decisions only he can make. It's a rare seat: you'll see the business end-to-end, operate in the rooms where the biggest calls get made, and work alongside some of the most experienced GTM leaders in the industry. The role is high-trust, high-leverage, and deeply embedded with the principal.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Act as a thought partner to Steve and amplify his impact — joining the rooms he can't and carrying his point of view into them</li> <li>Lead a small portfolio of strategic, cross-functional initiatives on Steve's behalf that don't yet have a clear owner</li> <li>Partner with Chiefs of Staff across the company to knit the Partnerships agenda into the global leadership rhythm, keeping priorities aligned and decisions moving across regions and functions</li> <li>Own Steve's communications surface area — board updates, all-hands content, executive briefings, and key partner correspondence, working in coordination with his Anthropic Business Partner</li> <li>Prepare Steve for his most important moments: partner executive meetings, CEO syncs, and external speak
