You will be responsible for working with current ER staff to continue building and refining Anthropic's ER function, serving as a subject matter expert on complex investigations, performance management issues, and other employee relations matters globally. You will be the SME for ER projects as needed, working with internal stakeholders and ER team members to build and operationalize scalable and compliant processes and documentation.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution as you will be the primary ER Partner for specific business groups, and serve as a partner for iRisk, Security and Compliance investigations. You'll help this newly formed team design scalable ER processes and policies that span multiple regions. You'll partner closely with People Partners, Employment Legal, and cross-functional teams to navigate sensitive employee matters with care, integrity, and sound judgment.
