We're hiring an Engineering Manager to expand our Marketplace Platform. You'll shape the platform capabilities of a product surface that spans customer-facing discovery, partner-facing self-serve tooling, the business logic that orchestrates deals between them, and the authentication layer that lets users move seamlessly between Claude and partner products. This is a 0→1 role with a broad mandate and tight integration seams across several other platform teams.</p> <h3><strong>About the team</strong></h3> <p>The team owns a new product layer within the Platform organization. Its scope spans the customer-facing surfaces where enterprises engage with the broader Claude ecosystem, the partner-facing surfaces that support companies building on Anthropic's platform, and the workflows and orchestration that sit between them.
