Passport is the team building that capability: a centralized identity, verification, and trust-grant platform.</p> <p>We're hiring an Engineering Manager to build our Passport team. You'll expand the early team, define the architecture, and ship the first version of a platform that touches Claude.ai, our first-party APIs, and the third-party platforms built on top of them. This is a role with an unusually broad surface area: identity verification flows, a centralized trust graph, integration with our Safeguards organization, and a user-facing portal — all on the critical path for how Anthropic scales access to Claude safely.</p> <h3><strong>About the team</strong></h3> <p>Passport will own the customer verification and trust stack across Anthropic's products. The team's scope includes the entry flows customers go through to establish identity, a centralized model for coordinating and managing access, integration with review processes and the user-facing surfaces customers use to manage their trust across connected products.
