You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who operate as true strategic partners—moving fast, thinking creatively, and working collaboratively to support deals that matter. In this role, you'll support our enterprise technology and startups Go-to-Market teams, handling enterprise agreements and customer negotiations, as well as team growth and scaling initiatives.&nbsp;</p> <p><br>This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney to help lead and grow the commercial legal team while contributing directly to responsible AI development.</p> <h2 class="heading"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales agreements with enterprise technology customers and startups.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner closely with Sales and Go-to-Market leadership and teams to support deal velocity and provide practical legal guidance</p> </li> <li> <p>Help build and maintain our commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage a team to support enterprise technology and startups segments</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and escalate legal risks appropriately while supporting business momentum</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay current on legal developments affecting AI technologies</p> </li>
