Our global compliance program is bespoke, reflecting our unique mission and position as one of the leading AI labs operating on the frontier.</p> <p>The Governance &amp; Oversight pillar is the operational and structural backbone of Integrity &amp; Compliance. It owns the frameworks, policies, controls testing, training, GRC tooling, and reporting that hold the rest of the function together — and that allow Anthropic to demonstrate accountability to employees, customers, regulators, and the public as the company scales.<br><br>We're hiring a Compliance Governance &amp; Oversight Lead to set the strategy for how compliance governance works at Anthropic, own the systems and reporting that give leadership a clear line of sight into program health, and partner with the leads of our other I&amp;C pillars — Privacy Programs, Regulatory Programs, and Corporate Compliance — to ensure their work is supported by a coherent operating model.</p> <p>This is a senior leadership role in a function being built from the ground up.
