You’ll also flex into other site work as the network infrastructure team needs you.</p> <p>This isn’t a maintenance gig; you’ll be building the processes, playbooks, and operational discipline that the team scales on. You’ll work across sites, travel regularly, and have a direct impact on the infrastructure that powers Claude.</p> <h2 class="heading"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Own network infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and bringup across sites</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee outside plant and long-haul fiber optic repair vendors: manage dispatches, validate work quality, and ensure SLA compliance</p> </li> <li> <p>Execute network device installation, configuration validation, and commissioning support</p> </li> <li> <p>Own RMA processes end-to-end: triage, swap, ship, track, close</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage spares inventory and coordinate logistics across sites</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct physical asset auditing and cradle-to-grave lifecycle tracking</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate with vendors for outsourced work and hold them accountable</p> </li> <li> <p>Build repeatable processes and playbooks that scale with the team</p> </li> <li> <p>Support various site deployments like: rack-and-stack, commissioning, forklift, decommissioning as needed</p> </li> <li> <p>Travel up to 40 - 60% to
