This is the senior Controllership role for Asia Pacific, owning end-to-end accounting and finance operations for all APAC legal entities across Statutory Accounting and External Reporting, International Payroll, Procure to Pay, and regional Finance Systems. Reporting to the Head of International Accounting in Dublin, you will set the multi-year strategy for how we scale our financial control environment across the region, build and lead the team that delivers it, and act as the senior finance point of contact for APAC entity boards, external auditors, and outsourced service providers.</p> <p>This is a rare opportunity to define how a frontier AI company runs Controllership across one of its fastest-growing regions, with a mandate to use Claude and AI tooling to reimagine how regional accounting work gets done.
