In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and manage comprehensive equity programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting our mission to develop safe and beneficial AI systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including People, Legal, Finance, and Tax to ensure our equity programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our values as a public benefit corporation.</p> <p>As Anthropic continues to scale globally, you will play a critical role in building equity frameworks that support our international expansion while maintaining consistency with our compensation philosophy.
