We care about craft, making things by hand and using AI when it makes sense. The team is growing, and we’re looking for people who do excellent work to join us. The stakes are real, and there’s room to shape what all this becomes.</p> <p>Anthropic is looking for a Motion Designer to help define and evolve our brand expression through movement and animation. This role is built for someone who can create outstanding motion work while developing the foundational approaches that make our brand instantly recognizable through thoughtful animation.</p> <p>Brand Design is a horizontal function that touches every part of how Anthropic and Claude come to life visually, from company identity to product brand and everything in between across mediums. The team introduces what's new and what's next, creating breakthrough creative work that sets the quality bar and then building the systems that let those ideas scale.</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Brand Design, you'll join a growing motion practice alongside our illustration and brand design leads, partnering closely with designers, external creative partners, and cross-functional teams across the company.
