You will manage large, complex, and cross-functional transactions, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to responsibly drive data center expansion and de-risk our capacity plans. You will also work closely with our Capital Markets &amp; Corporate Development teams on a wide range of strategic projects and financing-related initiatives.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Strategic Projects</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead strategic initiatives to support datacenter expansion and identify new potential areas of focus</li> <li>Negotiate complex transactions with external counterparties and drive internal cross-functional alignment</li> <li>Manage data center pipeline, partnering closely with FP&amp;A leads to track and benchmark economics across the portfolio</li> <li>Partner with Capital Markets &amp; Corporate Development on datacenter project financing across the capital structure</li> </ul> <p><strong>Datacenter Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own FP&amp;A related to these initiatives, largely tied to tracking and forecasting capex and cash flow driven by your projects</li> <li>Build detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making</li> <li>Run budget-vs-actual on datacenter developer spend and site
