In this role, you will own the company’s most complex ASC 606 technical positions, lead the revenue accounting memo portfolio, and serve as the senior accounting decision-maker for new product revenue recognition treatments, non-standard deal structures, and partnership / marketplace go-to-market initiatives. You will partner directly with Deal Desk, Product, Legal, and Partnership leadership and set the technical revenue policy direction for the company! If you are looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial infrastructure of an innovative company, come join us in our mission to build cutting-edge, safe AI.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own the company’s ASC 606 technical accounting memo portfolio — authoring and reviewing position papers on the most complex and judgment-intensive revenue recognition scenarios, including the SSP study</li> <li>Lead the technical revenue assessment for all new product offerings (NPI), serving as the accounting decision-maker on performance obligation identification, SSP evaluation, and contract modification frameworks, and providing authoritative guidance to Product, Pricing, and GTM cross-functional teams</li> <li>Serve as the senior Revenue Accounting partner to Deal Desk, Sales, and Legal — structuring non-standard deal terms, and providing real-time revenue recognition guidance on the company’s largest and most strategic commercial arrangements</li>
