The UI Platform team owns the foundational layer that makes Claude usable for every person who relies on it: the shared components, primitives, automated testing, and tooling that let every other product team at Anthropic ship accessible experiences quickly, reliably, and with confidence.</p> <p>As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll be hands-on designing and shipping accessible shared components and design-system-level abstractions, building the automated accessibility testing layer that catches regressions across surfaces, and improving the build, deploy, and testing systems that keep Claude.ai conformant across surfaces. Your work will directly shape how fast teams across Anthropic can ship accessibly—and how reliable their experiences are for users who rely on assistive technology.
